Ingredients
  

For the Shrimp

  • 1.5 pounds medium shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice or more, to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves for garnish

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly oil a baking sheet or coat it with nonstick spray.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, and Italian seasoning. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Place the shrimp in a single layer onto the prepared baking sheet. Pour the butter mixture over the shrimp and gently toss to combine, ensuring all the shrimp are coated.

Cooking

  • Bake in the oven until the shrimp are pink, firm, and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.

Serving

  • Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

Best served hot right out of the oven. Pair with rice, pasta, or a fresh salad. Squeeze some extra lemon juice on top for added flavor.
