Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning.
  • Season scallops with salt and black pepper. Add to the bowl and toss to coat well.
  • Cover the bowl and let the scallops marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Cooking

  • Preheat the grill or a grill plate to medium-high heat, greasing the grates with oil.
