Ingredients
  

Pasta and Sauce

  • 8 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce

Toppings

  • 1 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese Plus extra for topping
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil For greasing the baking dish

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, marinara sauce, pepperoni, bell peppers, mushrooms, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Stir in 1 cup of mozzarella cheese and mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  • Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Customize the toppings based on your preference. This dish can be served warm or paired with a side salad or garlic bread.
