Ingredients
  

For the Coating

  • 2 large large eggs
  • 1/2 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese

For the Ravioli

  • 1 14-ounce package cheese ravioli Frozen ravioli can also be used.
  • Olive oil spray To help crisp up the ravioli.
  • Marinara sauce For serving.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a small bowl, add the eggs and whisk until blended.
  • In another bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese.
  • Dip each ravioli into the egg mixture, letting the excess drip off.
  • Coat the ravioli with the breadcrumb mixture.

Cooking

  • Place each coated ravioli into the basket of the air fryer.
  • Cook at 360°F for 3-4 minutes.
  • Lightly spray ravioli with olive oil spray, gently flip them over, and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer for a few minutes to crisp them up again. Make sure not to overcrowd the air fryer basket and experiment with different fillings.
