Bread and Topping

  • 1 loaf French bread (cut in half lengthwise)
  • ½ cup softened salted butter Make sure the butter is softened for easy spreading.
  • 3 cloves minced garlic Feel free to adjust the amount of garlic to taste.
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese You can also use mozzarella for a different flavor.
  • Fresh chopped parsley for garnish

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 350°F, if it requires preheating.
  • Cut the French bread in half lengthwise and place them cut side up.
  • In a small bowl, mix together softened butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and shredded parmesan cheese.
  • Spread the butter mixture evenly over the cut sides of each bread half.
  • Cut the bread to fit in your air fryer.

Cooking

  • Bake in the air fryer for 5-6 minutes.
  • Top with fresh chopped parsley for garnish, slice into desired sizes, and serve.

Notes

Serve hot for the best taste. Perfect with spaghetti, lasagna, salads, or soups. Can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
