Preparation

  • Line the air fryer with a parchment paper liner.
  • Cut the Brussels sprouts in half, removing any loose leaves.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, and salt and pepper.
  • Add the halved Brussels sprouts to the sauce and toss them to coat evenly.

Cooking

  • Pour the sauce-coated Brussels sprouts into the air fryer liner.
  • Air fry at 390℉ for 5 minutes.
  • Open the air fryer and shake the Brussels sprouts, then cook for an additional 5 minutes or until tender.

Notes

For a festive touch, sprinkle chopped nuts or crumbled feta on top before serving. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer to restore crispiness.
