  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon melted salted butter
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 2-3 tablespoons water as needed to reach desired consistency

Preparation

  • In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, tomato paste, rice vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, granulated sugar, and melted salted butter.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Whisk all the ingredients together until smooth.
  • Slowly add 2-3 tablespoons of water as needed to reach your desired consistency.
  • Cover the bowl and store it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.

Notes

If you want a spicier version, add a dash of cayenne pepper or hot sauce. For a tangier flavor, increase the amount of rice vinegar. Let the sauce chill in the fridge before serving to enhance the flavors.
