Ingredients

For the sliders

  • 1 package Hawaiian sweet rolls (12 rolls)
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 pound turkey meat (sliced) Can use leftover turkey
  • cups stuffing
  • ½ cup cranberry sauce
  • ¼ cup butter (melted)
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried onion flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Turkey gravy (for serving)

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Carefully remove the package of Hawaiian sweet rolls from the bag. Keep the rolls intact and use a serrated knife to slice them in half, creating a top and bottom piece.
  • Spread ¼ cup of mayonnaise on both the top and bottom halves of the rolls.
  • Place the bottom halves of the rolls into the prepared baking dish.
  • Layer the bottom halves with 1 pound of sliced turkey meat, followed by ½ cup of cranberry sauce, and then 1½ cups of stuffing.
  • Place the top portion of the rolls on the stuffing and press them down slightly.
  • Melt ¼ cup of butter in a microwavable dish. Once melted, stir in ½ teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of dried onion flakes, and 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning.
  • Brush the tops of the buns with the butter mixture.
  • Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil for the last 5 minutes to toast the tops of the buns.
  • Garnish your warm sliders with fresh parsley and serve with turkey gravy for dipping!

Notes

Serve warm right out of the oven. Best enjoyed fresh but can be paired with extra turkey gravy for dipping. Can serve alongside a salad or roasted vegetables. For extra flavor, consider adding cheese between the turkey and stuffing or customizing the sliders with different toppings.
