  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 5 tablespoons salted butter (melted)

Filling ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese (room temperature) Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 ounces whipped topping (thawed)
  • 1.5 pounds fresh strawberries (quartered or sliced) Feel free to adjust the amount of strawberries based on preference.
  • 2 tablespoons strawberry jam Drizzle on top for added sweetness and shine.

Instructions
 

Make the Crust

  • In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and granulated sugar together.
  • Pour the melted butter into the crumb mixture and stir until evenly combined.
  • Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie pan to form the crust.
  • Bake the crust in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 8-10 minutes. Remove and let it cool.

Prepare the Filling

  • In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Gently fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled crust.
  • Arrange the fresh strawberries over the top of the filling.
  • Drizzle the strawberry jam over the strawberries.

Serve chilled for the best flavor and texture. Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Adjust the sugar in the cream cheese mixture for desired sweetness. For variations, consider using blueberries or raspberries as toppings.
