Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 pounds quartered Yukon gold potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1 bottle parmesan garlic sauce (12-ounce)
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Spray the inside of the crockpot with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Add the quartered Yukon gold potatoes to the bottom of the slow cooker.
  • Cut the boneless skinless chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and place them on top of the potatoes.
  • Sprinkle with dried Italian seasoning.
  • Pour in the parmesan garlic sauce, chicken broth, and grated parmesan cheese on top of the chicken and potatoes.
  • Stir everything together until well combined.
  • Cover with a lid and cook on LOW for 4-5 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours.
  • Once cooked, garnish with fresh chopped parsley and additional parmesan cheese if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Cut the potatoes evenly to ensure they cook evenly. For added flavor, consider adding vegetables like carrots or broccoli. For a creamier sauce, stir in cream cheese before serving.
