  • 1.5 lbs white fish fillets About 6 big fillets
  • 0.5 cup ranch dressing
  • 0.5 Tbsp garlic salt
  • 6 slices Havarti cheese Cut into thirds to cover long fillet

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Place the white fish fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Spread ranch dressing evenly over each fish fillet.
  • Sprinkle garlic salt on top of the dressing.
  • Arrange the pieces of Havarti cheese on top of the fillets, covering them well.

Cooking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  • Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve hot with steamed vegetables or salad. Pair with rice or mashed potatoes for a filling meal. Squeeze lemon over the fish for extra flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
