Ingredients
  

Wrap Ingredients

  • 4 large large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheese blend
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce or marinara
  • 1/2 cup cooked pepperoni, sausage, or diced vegetables Choose your favorite toppings

Seasonings

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder Optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning Optional
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • to taste Chopped fresh parsley or grated parmesan Optional, for serving

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Place one tortilla flat on a clean work surface.
  • Evenly distribute 2–3 tablespoons of pizza sauce onto the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edge.
  • Top the sauce with shredded cheese and your choice of cooked pepperoni, sausage, or diced vegetables. Sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper as desired.
  • Roll the tortilla firmly into a tight cylinder and position seam-side down on a lined baking sheet.

Baking

  • Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
  • Bake the wraps for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown, crisp, and the cheese is melted.
  • Remove from the oven, allow wraps to rest for 2–3 minutes, slice if desired, and serve while warm. Finish with chopped parsley or parmesan if using.

Notes

For extra crispiness, brush the wraps with a little olive oil before baking. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to three days in the refrigerator. They can also be frozen for up to a month and baked directly from frozen.
