Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 10 cookies Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened Let it soften at room temperature for a creamier texture.
  • 1/4 cup Nutella or chocolate spread (optional) Can substitute with other spreads.

Optional Toppings

  • Fruit (such as bananas or strawberries, optional) Can also use other fruits.
  • Sprinkles (optional) For added decoration.
  • Plastic wrap For rolling the sushi.

Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix the crushed Oreo cookies and softened cream cheese until well combined.
  • Lay out a piece of plastic wrap on a flat surface.
  • Press the Oreo mixture into the shape of a rectangle on the plastic wrap, about 1/4 inch thick.
  • Spread Nutella or chocolate spread evenly on top of the Oreo layer.
  • If using, add fruit or sprinkles on top of the Nutella.
  • Carefully roll the Oreo mixture tightly using the plastic wrap to assist.
  • Wrap the rolled sushi in the plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  • Once chilled, slice into bite-sized pieces and serve.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Keep wrapped well to avoid drying out. Can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator.
