No-Bake Fresh Peach Pie

Ingredients
  

For the crust

  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs About 12 whole graham crackers
  • cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup salted butter, melted

For the cream filling

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened Must be at room temperature for easier mixing
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 8 ounces frozen whipped topping, thawed

For the peach topping

  • 3-4 cups fresh peaches, sliced About 3 large peaches
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch ground nutmeg

Instructions
 

Preparation of crust

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, ⅓ cup of granulated sugar, and salt.
  • Pour in the melted butter and mix until well combined.
  • Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a pie dish to form the crust. Set aside.

Preparation of cream filling

  • In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with ½ cup of granulated sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until well combined.
  • Spread this mixture into the prepared graham cracker crust.

Preparation of peach topping

  • In a mixing bowl, toss the sliced peaches with brown sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  • Arrange the peach mixture over the cream filling in the pie.

Serving

  • Slice the pie into wedges and serve chilled. You can add a dollop of whipped cream on top for extra flavor and presentation.

Notes

Store any leftover pie in the refrigerator. Make sure to cover it well with plastic wrap or aluminum foil to keep it fresh. It’s best enjoyed within 2-3 days.
