Ingredients
  

For the dip

  • 1 box 1 (15.25-ounce) box white cake mix Make sure to heat treat before mixing.
  • 1 container 1 (8-ounce) container whipped topping, thawed Use fresh for best results.
  • ¾ cup ¾ cup vanilla pudding or yogurt Can substitute with chocolate pudding for variation.
  • Green food coloring Adjust the amount for desired shade.
  • Red heart sprinkles For decoration on top of the dip.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Spread the cake mix evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes, stirring halfway through to prevent burning.
  • Let the cake mix cool completely.

Mixing

  • In a large bowl, combine the cooled cake mix, whipped topping, and vanilla pudding or yogurt.
  • Add a few drops of green food coloring and mix with a hand mixer until fluffy and smooth.
  • Add more food coloring if you want a brighter green.

Serving

  • Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and sprinkle red heart decorations on top.
  • Serve with assorted cookies for dipping.

Notes

Grinch Dip is best served chilled. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and stir before serving.
