Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 3 lbs boneless chicken breasts Cut into bite-sized pieces.

Marinade

  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 TBSP ranch dressing
  • 1 TBSP white distilled vinegar
  • 2 TBSP McCormick Montreal Chicken Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper

Instructions

Preparation

  • Cut the boneless chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, ranch dressing, white distilled vinegar, Montreal chicken seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the chicken pieces to the marinade. Stir well to coat all the chicken. Cover the bowl and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or overnight for more flavor.
  • Once marinated, take the chicken pieces and thread them onto skewers. You can alternate with vegetables like bell peppers or onions if you like.
  • Heat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Place the skewers on the grill. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
  • Remove the kabobs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes before grilling to prevent them from burning. Cut the chicken evenly for uniform cooking. Feel free to add your favorite veggies for extra flavor and nutrition.
