Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Optional Consistency Adjustment

  • cold water add by the teaspoon only if needed

Instructions

  • Smooth the Greek yogurt in a bowl. Add lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon, finely minced garlic, and grated Parmesan; whisk until homogeneous.
  • Taste and season lightly with salt and pepper, accounting for the salt already supplied by sauce and cheese.
  • For a pourable dressing, mix in cold water by the teaspoon until it flows as desired. Leave thicker when using as a dip.
  • Serve promptly or cover in a clean container and refrigerate. Stir again before use.

Notes

Eight small sauce portions. Use plain pasteurized Greek yogurt. Worcestershire may contain fish, and Parmesan may contain animal rennet; label choices determine whether the dish suits vegetarian diets. Refrigerate for up to 3–4 days, subject to shorter ingredient limits.
