Main Ingredients

  • 1 16-ounce container diced strawberries Fresh strawberries, diced.
  • 3 medium diced kiwis (peeled) Peeled and diced kiwis.
  • 1 large diced honey crisp apple (peeled and cored) Peeled, cored, and diced apple.
  • 2 large diced mangoes (peeled) Fresh mango, peeled and diced.
  • ½ lime juiced Juice from half a lime.
  • 2 tablespoons raspberry jam (or any flavor) Can substitute with other flavors of jam.

Preparation

  • Squeeze the juice of ½ lime over the diced apple and stir to coat.
  • In a large bowl, combine the diced strawberries, kiwi, apple, and mango.
  • Add 2 tablespoons of raspberry jam to the fruit and gently stir to combine.
  • Serve with cinnamon chips and enjoy!

Notes

Store fruit salsa in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Best enjoyed within 2-3 days. Adjust ingredients based on available fruits.
