Ingredients
  

Gummy Base

  • 3 tbsp gelatin, certified glyphosate-free
  • 3 tbsp raw honey (local or Manuka)
  • 1/2 cup fruit juice Use 100% juice without added sugars.
  • 1/2 cup water or coconut water
  • 1 tsp sea salt Or 2 packets of LMNT.

Preparation

  • Select your fruit juice.
  • Make the gummy mixture by mixing gelatin, honey, fruit juice, and water together.
  • Pour the mixture into your gummy mold.
  • Place your gummies in the freezer to set for about 30 minutes.
  • Once firm, take them out and store the gummies in the fridge.

Notes

Store your electrolyte gummies in an airtight container in the fridge. They will stay fresh for about one week. You can also freeze them for longer storage. If you freeze them, let them thaw in the fridge before eating. For added flavor, consider using different fruit juices like orange, grape, or pomegranate. Adjust the sweetness level by adding more or less honey.
