Preparation

  • Season the chicken breasts with the chicken seasoning.
  • Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Lay the seasoned chicken in the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  • Ensure the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.

Assembly

  • Place ½ cup of cooked rice in each of the 4 airtight storage containers.
  • Evenly divide the steamed green beans and cooked chicken among the containers.
  • Seal the containers and store them in the refrigerator.

Notes

You can use leftover rotisserie chicken for quick preparation. For added flavor, consider adding bell peppers, broccoli, or other veggies. These bowls keep well in the refrigerator for up to 4-5 days. They can also be frozen, although texture may change upon reheating.
