Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray a baking pan or line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Cut pears in half and core out the seeds. Arrange cut-side up in the prepared pan.

  • Whisk together maple syrup and vanilla extract, then drizzle over the pears.

Baking
