  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened and cubed) Ensure cream cheese is softened for easy mixing.
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise Alternatively, you can use Greek yogurt.
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 can (14 ounce) artichoke hearts (chopped)
  • 8 ounces baby spinach (chopped) Fresh spinach may need to be cooked down.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust seasoning to your preference.

Preparation

  • Add all of the ingredients into a small crock pot.
  • Put the lid on and set it on LOW for 2 hours.
  • After 1 hour, remove the lid and stir the mixture.
  • Replace the lid and continue to cook for 1 additional hour.
  • Stir the dip again, taste, and add salt and pepper if needed.
  • Serve warm with a sliced baguette, crackers, or chips.

Notes

This dip is best served warm. Set up a dip station with sliced baguette, crunchy crackers, or tortilla chips. Feel free to add fresh vegetable sticks for a healthier option. For variations, consider adding cooked and crumbled bacon or experimenting with different cheeses like cheddar or pepper jack.
