Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (10 ounce)
  • 1 tablespoon chicken seasoning
  • 2 packets chicken gravy mix (0.87 ounces each)

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a large crockpot, pour in the chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, chicken seasoning, and chicken gravy mix. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
  • Place the whole chicken breasts into the mixture in the crockpot and set it to low.

Cooking

  • Allow the chicken to cook on low for 5-6 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours if short on time.
  • Once the chicken is fully cooked, carefully remove it from the crockpot. Shred or cut the chicken into pieces and put it back into the crockpot.

Serving

  • Serve your chicken over rice or potatoes and enjoy your tasty meal!

Notes

If you like a thicker gravy, you can add a cornstarch slurry (1 tablespoon of cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons of cold water) to the crockpot in the last 30 minutes of cooking. For extra flavor, consider adding onion or garlic powder along with the chicken seasoning. You can also use chicken thighs for a richer dish.
