  • 2 large large eggs
  • ½ cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese

For the Ravioli

  • 1 package cheese ravioli (14-ounce) Use store-bought cheese ravioli.

For Serving

  • Marinara sauce For dipping

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray and set it aside.
  • In a small bowl, crack the 2 large eggs and whisk them until well mixed.
  • In another small bowl, combine the Italian seasoned breadcrumbs and grated parmesan cheese.

Breading the Ravioli

  • Take the cheese ravioli and dip each one into the egg mixture, then coat it with the breadcrumb mixture, placing the breaded ravioli on the prepared baking sheet.

Baking

  • Bake the ravioli for 10-12 minutes or until they are lightly browned and crispy.

Serving

  • Serve the crispy ravioli hot from the oven with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

For added flavor, sprinkle extra parmesan cheese or fresh herbs on top before serving. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F for about 5-7 minutes.
