  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated Additional for garnish if desired.

  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, drained

For the Ravioli

  • 20 ounces refrigerated ravioli Frozen ravioli can be used; adjust boiling time as needed.

Preparation of Sauce

  • In a medium saucepan, combine heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and grated parmesan cheese. Whisk over medium-high heat until it thickens.
  • Add chopped spinach and drained sun-dried tomatoes to the sauce. Let it simmer until the spinach starts to wilt.

Cooking Ravioli

  • Meanwhile, boil refrigerated ravioli according to package instructions.

Serving

  • Serve the creamy sauce over the cooked ravioli. Garnish with additional parmesan and fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

To store leftovers, place ravioli and sauce in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days. Reheat gently on the stove, adding a splash of milk or cream to restore creaminess.
