Ingredients
  

For the avocado mixture

  • 1 large avocado (ripe) Choose ripe avocados for the best flavor.
  • 1 large clove of garlic (crushed) Adjust the amount of garlic according to your taste.
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise Can substitute with Greek yogurt for a healthier option.
  • to taste Black pepper

For the toast

  • 1 piece French baguette (sliced into 1/4" slices) Toast baguette slices just before serving for best crispness.

Preparation

  • Cut the ripe avocado in half and remove the pit. Scoop the flesh into a bowl.
  • Add the crushed garlic, mayonnaise, and a sprinkle of black pepper to the bowl.
  • Mash everything together until it’s creamy and smooth.

Cooking

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet.
  • Bake the slices in the preheated oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until they are golden and crispy.
  • Once finished, remove the baguette slices from the oven and let them cool slightly.

Serving

  • Spread a good amount of the creamy avocado mixture on each slice.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
