Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine softened butter and cream cheese. Use a hand mixer or stand mixer on medium speed to beat until smooth and creamy, about 2–3 minutes.
  • Mix in the vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
  • Gradually sift in the icing sugar, mixing on low speed to prevent a sugar cloud.
  • Once all the sugar is added, increase the speed to medium and beat until the frosting is smooth and fluffy.
  • Spread over warm cinnamon rolls and enjoy!

Notes
