Ingredients
  

For the Bites

  • 1 tube 8-ounce tube crescent dough Make sure to pinch the seams well.
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans You can use different nuts if preferred.
  • 1 wheel 8-ounce wheel of brie Cut into small slices.
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce Consider mixing herbs into the sauce for added flavor.
  • as needed Fresh Rosemary For garnish.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • On a floured surface, roll out the tube of crescent dough and pinch the seams together.
  • Cut the dough into 24 equal squares.
  • Place each square into a mini muffin tin and gently press it into each cup.
  • Add some chopped pecans to the bottom of each dough cup.
  • Cut the brie into small slices and place them on top of the pecans.
  • Add a dollop of cranberry sauce on top of the brie.
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until the bites are golden brown.
  • Once done, garnish each bite with a sprig of fresh rosemary.

Serving

  • These bites can be served warm or at room temperature.
  • Arrange them on a platter for a beautiful presentation.
  • They pair well with sparkling water, wine, or cocktails.

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
  • To reheat, place them in a preheated oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 5-10 minutes.
