Ingredients
  

Jello Ingredients

  • 2 packages 2 (3-ounce) packages cranberry flavored gelatin
  • 1.5 cups 1 ½ cups boiling water

Fruit Ingredients

  • 1 can 1 (14-ounce) can cranberry sauce, whole berry
  • 1 can 1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple, not drained
  • 2 tablespoons 2 tablespoons orange zest
  • 1 tablespoon 1 tablespoon lemon zest

Preparation

  • Add 2 (3-ounce) packages of cranberry flavored gelatin and 1 ½ cups of boiling water to a large bowl. Mix until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
  • Stir in the 1 (14-ounce) can of whole berry cranberry sauce, 1 (20-ounce) can of crushed pineapple (not drained), and the zests of both oranges and lemons.
  • Pour the jello mixture into a large serving bowl. Cover it and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

Cranberry Jello Salad can be garnished with fresh mint leaves or whipped cream for an extra touch. Store leftovers tightly covered in the refrigerator for up to a week, but best enjoyed within a few days. For a more intense flavor, use homemade cranberry sauce. Add chopped nuts or mini marshmallows for a softer texture.
