  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a bowl, combine the cottage cheese and marinara sauce until well mixed.
  • Add in the bell peppers, onions, olives, and cherry tomatoes.
  • Stir in the Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.

Cooking

  • Serve immediately, or bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes if you prefer a warm pizza bowl.
  • Garnish with fresh basil if desired.

Notes
