Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 18 x 13 x 1-inch baking sheet pan with parchment paper.

  • Blend the mixture until smooth and well combined.
  • Pour the cottage cheese mixture into the prepared pan, shaking it gently to evenly spread.
