Ingredients
  

Fudge Ingredients

  • 3 cups high-quality white chocolate chips (or chunks) Use high-quality white chocolate for best flavor.
  • 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons salted butter
  • 7 tablespoons cinnamon sugar Divided into 4 tablespoons for the fudge and 3 tablespoons for topping.

Preparation

  • Lightly spray an 8 x 8-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray and line with parchment paper, leaving a 1-2 inch overhang.

Cooking the Fudge

  • In a medium saucepan, add the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and salted butter.
  • Heat over medium-low heat, stirring constantly until fully melted and smooth, about 4 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and stir in 4 tablespoons of cinnamon sugar.

Setting the Fudge

  • Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top.
  • Spoon the remaining 3 tablespoons of cinnamon sugar over the top and swirl into the fudge with a knife.
  • Cover with aluminum foil or plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until solid.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. For longer storage, wrap tightly and freeze.
