A festive, fruity, and bubbly drink perfect for holiday gatherings, combining cranberry, pomegranate, and clementine juices with prosecco and vodka.

Ingredients
  

Fruit Juices

  • 2 liters cranberry juice Use about 3 1/2 pints or approx 8 1/2 cups
  • 700 ml pomegranate juice For a stronger flavor, use Pom juice
  • 500 ml clementine juice Use orange juice if clementine juice is unavailable
  • 2 limes juice of 2 limes

Fruit Garnishes

  • 3 limes Sliced
  • 3 clementines Sliced
  • 100 g fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1 pomegranate Seeds from 1 pomegranate

Liquids

  • 1 bottle prosecco 75 cl or 3.1 cups
  • 300 ml vodka 1 1/4 cups

Other Ingredients

  • 1 large bag ice For chilling the punch
  • small bunch mint leaves For garnish

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Add a bag of ice to the punch bowl.
  • Pour in the cranberry juice, pomegranate juice, and clementine juice.
  • Add the juice of 2 limes and stir well.
  • Add the lime slices, clementine slices, cranberries, and pomegranate seeds into the mix.
  • Pour in the prosecco and vodka. Stir gently and sprinkle on fresh mint leaves.

Serving

  • Serve the Christmas punch in a festive punch bowl.
  • You can add extra slices of lime and clementine for decoration.
  • Pour the punch into glasses filled with ice, and top with a sprig of mint for a beautiful presentation.

Notes

If making ahead, prepare juices and fruits the day before and add bubbles just before serving. For a non-alcoholic version, replace vodka and prosecco with sparkling water or soda.
