  • 0.25 cup creamy peanut butter Can substitute with almond butter.
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract For flavor enhancement.
  • 0.25 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1.5 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds Optional ingredient for added nutrition.

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the milk, honey, cocoa powder, peanut butter, vanilla extract, and sea salt until smooth.
  • Add the old-fashioned oats and chia seeds to the bowl, and stir to combine all the ingredients well.
  • Pour the mixture into four glass jars and secure the lids tightly.
  • Place the jars in the refrigerator. After a bit, give each jar a good stir to mix everything together.
  • Allow the jars to sit in the fridge overnight.

Serving

  • In the morning, enjoy your delicious oats topped with your favorite toppings such as sliced bananas, berries, chopped nuts, or extra peanut butter.

Notes

Store in the refrigerator for up to five days. Mix flavors by using different nut butters or adding spices like cinnamon.
