  • 14 oz flaked sweetened coconut 1 bag
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk 1 can
  • 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 bag

Preparation

  • Dump the entire bag of coconut into a large bowl.
  • Add the entire bag of chocolate chips to the bowl.
  • Mix the coconut and chips with a spoon.
  • Add all of the sweetened condensed milk to the bowl.
  • Mix thoroughly with a spoon until well combined.

Baking

  • Scoop out the mixture using a cookie scoop and place about 1 inch apart on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake at 325°F for 18-20 minutes until the cookies start to get a little golden.
  • Let the cookies cool for about 15 minutes.

Notes

Serve fresh or enjoy later as a snack. Store in an air-tight container at room temperature for up to a week, or freeze for up to three months. Adding dried fruit or nuts can enhance flavor.
