  • 8 ounces corkscrew-shaped pasta Cooked al dente for best texture.
  • ¾ cup Italian-style salad dressing
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cups chopped (cooked) rotisserie chicken A great way to use leftovers.
  • 12 slices crispy cooked bacon (crumbled)
  • 1 cup cubed Muenster cheese Can substitute with favorite cheese.
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 8 ounces cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1 whole avocado (peeled, pitted, and chopped)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Cook pasta in boiling lightly salted water, stirring occasionally until it’s cooked.
  • Drain and rinse the pasta under cold water.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the Italian-style dressing and mayonnaise.
  • Stir in all the ingredients into the dressing until everything is evenly coated.

Notes
