Ingredients
  

Pizza Base

  • 1 ball homemade pizza dough (or one ball of store-bought pizza dough)

Sauce and Toppings

  • ¾ cup Ranch dressing Plus more for garnish
  • 2 cups cooked chicken or rotisserie chicken (shredded or chopped into bite-sized pieces)
  • cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 8 slices cooked bacon
  • Chopped fresh parsley For garnish

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 475°F and place a pizza stone or an inverted baking sheet on the middle rack.
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a 12-inch circle, about ¼ inch thick. Let it rest for 5 minutes if it resists stretching.
  • Transfer the dough onto a baking sheet or pizza stone dusted with cornmeal or flour.

Assembly

  • Spread Ranch dressing evenly over the dough, leaving a ½-inch border for the crust.
  • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the ranch dressing.
  • Distribute cooked chicken pieces over the cheese, then scatter crumbled bacon on top.

Baking

  • Bake in the oven for 10 to 13 minutes until the crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly.

Serving

  • Remove from oven and let cool for 2 to 3 minutes. Drizzle additional ranch dressing over and garnish with parsley.
  • Cut into slices and serve warm with extra ranch dressing for dipping.

Notes

Great with a side of salad or crunchy veggies. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
