Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken and mashed avocado. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Grilling

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and butter one side of each slice of bread.
  • Place 2 slices of bread, buttered side down, in the skillet.
  • Divide the chicken and avocado mixture among the bread slices, top with cheese, then place the other 2 slices of bread on top (buttered side up).
