Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 3 pieces frozen chicken burger patties Make sure they are thoroughly cooked.
  • 3 large high-protein tortilla wraps Whole wheat or gluten-free options can be used.
  • 180 grams shredded mozzarella cheese Adjust amount to taste.
  • 120 millilitres pizza sauce Extra sauce can be served on the side for dipping.
  • 18 slices pepperoni Other deli meats can be used as variations.

Instructions
 

Cooking Chicken patties

  • Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Place the chicken patties in the pan and cook for about 6 minutes.
  • Flip the patties and continue cooking until they are golden and reach an internal temperature of 74°C.
  • Remove the patties from the skillet and let them rest briefly.
  • On a cutting board, slice each patty into 6 uniform strips.

Assembling Wraps

  • Lay out the tortilla wraps.
  • Evenly distribute half of the mozzarella down the centre of each wrap.
  • Arrange 6 chicken strips on top, spoon pizza sauce over the chicken, and then layer with 6 pepperoni slices per wrap.
  • Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella on top.
  • Fold the sides of each tortilla inward to securely enclose the filling.

Toasting Wraps

  • Heat a large skillet over medium-low heat and place the folded wraps seam-side down in the skillet.
  • Cook until the underside is crispy and deeply golden, about 5 minutes.
  • Then, flip and brown the other side for an additional 5 minutes, ensuring the cheese is melted through.
  • Transfer the toasted wraps to a cutting board and slice each in half if desired.
