  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 piece green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon steak seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 30 ml A1 steak sauce
  • 360 ml beef broth

Cooking

  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high and brown the ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  • Add chopped onion and green bell pepper. Sauté until softened, stirring frequently.
  • Drain excess fat from the pan. Stir in steak seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and oregano to evenly coat the mixture.
  • Add beef broth, A1 steak sauce, tomato sauce, milk, and uncooked spiral pasta to the skillet. Stir thoroughly to combine.
  • Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer. Cover with a lid and reduce heat to low.
  • Allow to cook, covered, for 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender.
  • Stir in 100 g of shredded mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle the remaining cheese evenly on top and cover until melted.
  • Remove from heat. Distribute into bowls and serve immediately.

Notes

For variations, try using different cheeses like provolone or cheddar, or add vegetables like mushrooms or sliced jalapeños.
