Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 12 ounces well-drained canned lump crab meat
  • 8 ounces room temperature cream cheese Make sure it's at room temperature for easier mixing.
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream

Flavoring Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 1½ tablespoons thinly sliced green onion About 1 thinly sliced green onion.
  • 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning Adjust to taste.
  • ½-1 teaspoon hot sauce Use to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, add room temperature cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Beat with a hand mixer until smooth.
  • Add in sliced green onion, fresh lemon juice, Cajun seasoning, hot sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until everything is well combined.
  • Gently fold in the well-drained canned lump crab meat and mix until just combined. Taste and adjust the seasoning with more Cajun seasoning or hot sauce if desired.
  • Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and serve with crackers.

Notes

Best served chilled. Can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator. Stir well before serving if it thickens.
