  • ΒΌ cup unsalted melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning Adjust for more spice if desired.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Place the 3 cod filets cut in half into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
  • Season the cod with salt and pepper to taste.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, and Cajun seasoning.
  • Brush this mixture evenly over the filets in the baking dish.

Baking

  • Bake for about 15 minutes or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily.
