Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup homemade mayonnaise Can use store-bought if preferred.
  • 3 cloves garlic (peeled and cut into thirds) For easy blending.
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 2 Tbsp white distilled vinegar
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese Skip for vegan version.
  • 2 tsp lemon juice (juice of 1/2 lemon)
  • 1 Tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a blender, combine mayonnaise, garlic, Dijon mustard, and dry mustard.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Add white distilled vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, sunflower oil, and black pepper to the blender.
  • Blend again until all ingredients are well mixed and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

Notes

For a chunkier texture, finely chop some garlic instead of blending completely. Can substitute Greek yogurt for a lighter version or add anchovy paste for traditional flavor.
