  • ¼ cup vanilla protein powder
  • ¼ cup cream cheese (softened) Make sure to soften the cream cheese before mixing.
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup Adjust sweetness according to taste.
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • cup freeze-dried blueberries (or finely chopped fresh blueberries) Fresh blueberries may make the mixture wetter.
  • ¼ cup crushed graham crackers (for rolling, optional) Roll bites in for a cheesecake-like finish.

Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, protein powder, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until a thick dough forms.
  • Gently fold in the freeze-dried blueberries, making sure they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
  • Using your hands, roll the mixture into 1-inch balls. If desired, roll each bite in crushed graham crackers.
  • Place the bites on a plate or baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

Serving

  • Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
