Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a medium baking dish with pan spray and set aside.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together the ground turkey, Italian breadcrumbs, diced onion, minced garlic, eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Stir until everything is well incorporated.
  • Roll the mixture into 1 ½ to 2-inch balls and place them in the prepared baking dish.

Cooking

  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the internal temperature of the meatballs reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit, and the tops are lightly browned.

Notes

For even-sized meatballs, consider using a cookie scoop. If the mixture is too wet, add more breadcrumbs. For more flavor, try adding chopped herbs or different seasonings.
