  • 1 packet dry Italian dressing
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • In a small bowl, mix the packet of dry Italian dressing, ½ cup of grated parmesan cheese, and 1 teaspoon of garlic powder.
  • Rub the mixture over the 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts and place them in a shallow baking dish.

Cooking

  • Bake the chicken breasts for 20-25 minutes, or until they are no longer pink in the center.

Notes

For an extra crunch, consider adding some breadcrumbs to the seasoning mixture. If you want more flavor, marinate the chicken in the Italian dressing for a couple of hours before baking. Use fresh garlic instead of garlic powder for a stronger flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3 to 4 days, and it can be frozen for up to three months.
