Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Dip each chicken breast in the mixture, pressing to coat evenly.
  • Place the chicken on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.

Cooking

  • Bake for 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  • Remove from the oven, spoon marinara sauce on each piece, and top with mozzarella cheese.
  • Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
