Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly grease an oven-safe skillet slightly larger than the wheel of cheese.
  • Slice the Brie cheese about ½-⅔ of the way down into 1-inch slices, then rotate the Brie and slice again to create diamond shapes.
  • Add the Brie to the prepared pan and top it with minced garlic, fresh thyme, and Italian seasoning.
  • Drizzle honey over the top.

Baking

  • Bake the Brie for 13-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and slightly bubbly.
  • Serve immediately with crackers, sliced baguette, or fresh fruits.

Notes
