Ingredients
  

For the casserole

  • 1 24-ounce bag frozen ravioli Use cheese or meat-filled ravioli.
  • 3 cups Alfredo sauce Jarred or homemade.
  • 3 cups cooked chicken Shredded or chopped, rotisserie chicken works well.
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning Add more to taste.
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese Shredded.
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese Grated.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Spread ⅓ of the Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  • Layer half of the frozen ravioli over the sauce.
  • Add half of the cooked chicken and sprinkle with half of the Italian seasoning.
  • Drizzle another ⅓ of the Alfredo sauce over the chicken.
  • Layer the remaining half of the frozen ravioli over the sauce.
  • Top with the remaining cooked chicken and sprinkle with the remaining Italian seasoning.
  • Pour the last ⅓ of the Alfredo sauce over the top.
  • Cover with 2 cups of mozzarella cheese and 1 cup of Parmesan cheese.

Baking

  • Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  • Uncover and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.

Notes

Serve hot and pair well with a simple side salad or garlic bread. Consider using different cheeses, adding vegetables, or using breadcrumbs for crunch. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days, or freeze for longer storage.
