Ingredients
  

Burger Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey Use lean ground turkey for best results.
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Salt and pepper To taste.
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 4 pieces hamburger buns Toasted.
  • Butter lettuce
  • Tomatoes, sliced
  • Sprouts

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a medium-sized bowl, combine the ground turkey, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix everything together until well combined.
  • Shape the mixture into four patties, making each patty about 1/2 inch thick.

Cooking

  • Preheat your air fryer to 360 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Place two patties in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not too crowded. Cook for 7 minutes.
  • Flip the patties and continue cooking for an additional 5 minutes, or until they are cooked through.
  • Remove the patties from the fryer and place them on your hamburger buns.

Serving

  • Top the burgers with fresh lettuce, slices of tomato, and crunchy sprouts. Add your favorite sauces or condiments and serve hot.

Notes

For non-stick, lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. You can customize the burgers with different toppings such as avocado or spicy jalapeƱos. Allow leftovers to cool and store in an airtight container for up to three days.
